Naji founded WET Lebanon in 1991. He has over 32 years of experience, having entered the field in 1986. He holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Université Saint Joseph’s Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB), a Master’s degree in Structural and Concrete Engineering from the Centre des Hautes Etudes de la Construction in Paris (CHEC or CHEBAP), and a DEA in Water Engineering from ESIB.
He has extensive experience in the water and wastewater industries, having led many projects for NGOs such as UNDP, UNICEF, and the ICRC. His areas of expertise also include structural, environmental and electro-mechanical engineering.

Naim has been working with WET since December 2012. He completed many continuing education courses and seminars related to water infrastructure installation, water quality, hydrogeology (pumping stations, control panels, piping systems) and water & wastewater resource management.
