Naji founded WET Lebanon in 1991. He has over 32 years of experience, having entered the field in 1986. He holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Université Saint Joseph’s Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB), a Master’s degree in Structural and Concrete Engineering from the Centre des Hautes Etudes de la Construction in Paris (CHEC or CHEBAP), and a DEA in Water Engineering from ESIB.

He has extensive experience in the water and wastewater industries, having led many projects for NGOs such as UNDP, UNICEF, and the ICRC. His areas of expertise also include structural, environmental and electro-mechanical engineering.

 Hydraulic Engineer and GIS Expert

 Naim has been working with WET since December 2012. He completed many continuing education courses and seminars related to water infrastructure installation, water quality, hydrogeology (pumping stations, control panels, piping systems) and water & wastewater resource management. Naim is considered an expert at the use of software such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, WaterCAD and SewerCAD.

Norlena is a Civil and Structural Engineer. She has been working with WET since November 2016. She is a graduate of the Lebanese University. Norlena's skills include preparing reports and tender documents. She is also highly skilled in Etabs, Robot and AutoCAD, and is currently developing her GIS skills. 

Norlena assists in the design works at office and is in charge of the supervision of several water projects in North Lebanon.

Samer has been working with WET since January 2015. He recently completed his MSc in Water Management at UNESCO-IHE in the Netherlands.  Since joining WET, Samer's work has included leading projects and client workshops and drafting deliverables in line with international best practices and standards. Before joining WET, Samer worked as a management consultant for Deloitte in Abu Dhabi.

 Senior Civil Engineer

Fadi Hatoum has over 20 years of experience and has been working with WET since 1996. 

He has been in charge of the supervision of large water projects stretching from water reservoirs to main pipelines down to pumping stations and wells. He specializes in structural design and supervision, and has advanced leadership skills.

Ghada has been providing environmental consultancy services to WET for the past 10 years. She studied Environmental Health at the American University of Beirut and Interior Design at Notre Dame University Louaize. She offers expert advisory and assessment services to ensure that possible damaging effects are managed or eliminated. She ensures the sustainability of WET projects and leads environmental and social impact assessments.

 Head of Supervision, Cost/Specification/Contracts Engineer

Fadi has been working with WET since 1993 and has extensive experience in the water and wastewater tender document preparation, mainly material specifications, cost price estimation and contracts revision. Fadi also has extensive experience in project supervision, having supervised over 400 projects during his time at WET.

Nicole has been working as a Site Supervision Engineer at WET since October 2017. She has a BS and a BE in Civil Engineering from the University of Balamand. Before joining WET, Nicole worked at UOB Medical Center, the University of Balamand, and RNN Engineering Office.

Eddy has been working with WET since May 2017. He graduated from the Lebanese American University with a B.E. in Civil Engineering in 2017. His area of expertise is the concrete and steel work of reservoirs and other structures. His technical skills include specialized software such as Autodesk Robot, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and more. His university final year project was the construction management of a residential building in Minet El Hosn, Lebanon.
